Cancellation Policy

A 12-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made under 12 hours will result in the loss of your deposit. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may require full payment to book future appointments. Please arrive on time. Clients 10+ minutes late may receive a shortened service; arrivals 15 minutes late or more may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit. I understand that emergencies happen, so please reach out as soon as possible if something unexpected comes up.
